Program: Sandra Orr
Sandra is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy who has a private practice in Safety Harbor. She has been in the health care industry for 8 years and prior spent 18-years as a middle manager in the business sector.
As a young girl, Sandra found herself helping people and realized this was her passion. Sandra now owns Alive and Wellness Associates, LLC and works full time at PEMHS hospital as a counselor helping children and adult to stabilize and assist through their mental health concerns. Sandra specialize in assisting couples navigate through a collaborative divorce; help detached couples rebuild their relationships; assist in creating healthy co-parenting relationships; individuals overcome obstacles and find their voice; process through grief and loss of a pet and parent/child issues ages 14+.
Sandra’s office hours are Friday-Sunday weekly for sessions and she is now offering two types of support groups: pet grief/ bereavement & children of divorce.

Program: Kip Kelly is the founder and CEO of Crooked Thumb Brewery- which opened its doors in October 2015, and he is Vice Chairman of the Merchants of Safety Harbor (“MOSH”). Along with his involvement with these organizations, Kip has been the General Council and Chief Financial Officer of TryCom Components, Inc., located just off 9th Avenue in Safety Harbor, since its inception in 2003. Kelly opened Crooked Thumb after a legal career with some of the most prestigious law firms in the country. Before breaking free from the law, Kip practiced securities law with the global law firm Greenberg Traurig. While there, he advised clients on a wide range of business related legal matters. Kip began his legal career as an associate with the law firm of Jenner & Block in both its Chicago and Washington, D.C. offices – where he handled corporate legal issues related to securities law and merger and acquisitions.
Kip earned a BS from Northwestern University where he received two varsity letters as an injury prone quarterback and has a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center. Kip lives in Tampa with his wife, Sherri, and their two kids Claire, 10 and Colt 9. He is an active member of Safety Harbor’s Chamber of Commerce – serving on its Oktoberfest Committee – and serves on the Board of Directors for Keystone Little League. If he’s not hanging at the brewery or riding his bike around the Harbor, you can find home coaching his kids’ baseball and softball teams or playing guitar at one of the Harbor’s many open mic nights.
